Terms and Conditions

1. Addison car park reserves the right to move vehicles to a parking area of our choice.
   
   
2. Loss or damage is only accepted pursuant to our agreement.
   
   
3. Any damage must be reported before client leaves car parking.
   
   
4. All drivers are comprehensively insured.
   
   
5. Any repairs will be carried out by a garage selected by addison car park.
   
   
6. Every vehicle received is subject to a lien for all addison car park charges accured and accuring.
   
   
7. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds valid mot and a road tax license.
   
   
8. We will charge £5.00 extra for same day bookings.
   
   
9. Minimum charges are £35 for upto 3 days, £50 for 7 days and £85 for 14 days parking. £5 per day will be charged thereafter.
   
   
10. No liability is accepted for any mechanical defect or defects.
